How to Use the XIRR Calculator

  1. Enter investment dates - Add the dates when you made investments or received returns.
  2. Input cash flow amounts - Use negative values for investments (money going out) and positive values for returns/withdrawals (money coming in).
  3. Add multiple entries - Click "Add Cashflow" to include all your investment transactions.
  4. Calculate - Use auto-calculate or click the "Calculate XIRR" button to get your annualized return rate.

The XIRR calculation is particularly useful for investments with irregular cash flows, such as SIPs with variable amounts, lump sum investments, or partial withdrawals.
